Are you EXISTING or Are you LIVING

Your days are driven texting, your needs and desires (iPods, air Jordan, the awful tight jeans, or music idols) all this things which you call desires or wants are time wasters or numerous distractions that lead you farther from your ideal life. Nothing will change until you decide to use your most valuable resource TIME wisely.
In order to grab control of your life and destiny, you must first decide to make a commitment to manage your time to include activities that will bring you closer to your dreams and desires. Once you've made the commitment to yourself, the next steps will be easy to implement into your daily routine.
Time Management – God’s Way
Here is a FACT: Godliness is the result of a disciplined spiritual life. But at the heart of a disciplined spiritual life is the discipline use of time.
If we are going to be like Jesus – we must use our time in a way that is pleasing to God.
Ephesians 5:15-16
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
The apostle Paul is saying to us use our time wisely in other words live your life with a purpose.
Why should I use my time wisely or live with a purpose.
- Because the days are evil. Ephesians 5:16
No I don’t think most of us go around saying, “Man – today was an evil day.” Or “Last week, Wednesday was just plain wicked.” Yea maybe you do not say it in that way, but do say, “Man is I having a rough day.” Or “”I’ll be glad when this day is over.” You see life is full of tests and trials. There is a spiritual battle going on – and so the days are evil. Christians down through the centuries has faced persecution and opposition and in a real sense “the days are evil” still.
There are things in this world that would draw you and me away from the practice of godliness. Things that would rob us of good use of our time. They may range from small to big distractions. But they all cause us to be preoccupied with things that have no spiritual value what so ever.
Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Colossians 3:2
Paul also says in Philippians:
Philippians 4:8
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things.
I have been challenge by God to make the most of every opportunity that he has placed befor me, Life is short and we are encouranged by God to live life and live it the fullest.
